Rakitic to leave Barcelona?

According to a recent report from Sport, Barcelona midfielder Ivan Rakitic is expected to leave the Spanish giants during the summer transfer window after the recent arrival of Frenkie de Jong. The belief is that Italian side Inter Milan are leading the charge to sign him, but as we know, Premier League side Manchester United are also interested in the idea of bringing him over to Old Trafford. Barca have one of the most stacked squads in world football today as many fans are aware of, to the point where they have some incredibly talented stars that aren’t going to be getting consistent time in the first team next season.

Rakitic, at the age of 31, is still playing at an incredibly high level, and would certainly be a great asset for any club around Europe. When it comes to Inter and United, it certainly feels as if he’d be leaning towards Serie A.
