Arsenal youngster Mark Randall is considering leaving the club in order to get more first-team football.
The 19-year-old midfielder has only featured for the Gunners in the Carling Cup so far and could be keen on a loan move to gain experience.
“I need to be looking to push on,” he told Arsenal’s official website.
“At the start of the season and during pre-season I thought I did well and I had a good run in the Carling Cup until we got knocked out.
“I thought I was going to go on loan but I think part of the boss didn’t want me to go. That’s the way it goes sometimes.
“I want to learn as much as possible playing in a first team, any first team as long as I’m playing.
“I don’t want to go away and not play. It’s good to have a bit of competition and have to fight for your position.”
