Rangers are interested in signing Juninho Bacuna from Huddersfield Town in the summer transfer window, according to The Scottish Sun. It has been reported that the Scottish Premiership giants could be ready to reignite their interest in the 24-year-old central midfielder.
Bacuna has emerged as a transfer target for Steven Gerrard’s Rangers. The Curacao international midfielder is under contract at Huddersfield in the Championship in England until next summer. However, Rangers have been very impressed by their scouting report on the 24-year-old and are now seriously considering making a move.
Bacuna made 37 starts and six substitute appearances in the Championship for Huddersfield last season, scoring five goals and providing five assists in the process. The 24-year-old made 25 starts and 13 substitute appearances in the Championship for the Terriers, scoring six goals and providing five assists in the process.
