Ranieri linked with Newcastle

According to a recent report from Sky Sports News, Claudio Ranieri is being heavily linked with a move to Newcastle United. The Magpies recently announced that Rafa Benitez, against the wishes of 99% of fans, will be leaving the club – which has swung the door wide open for a new man to come in and try to guide the club away from danger. Ranieri obviously has a wealth of experience in the game, and especially in the Premier League, with his finest hour coming a few years ago when he was able to guide Leicester City to the Premier League title. His career hasn’t quite gone as many had expected ever since then, but even with that being the case, nobody can deny that he is an all time great in the game.

The big question is whether or not Newcastle fans are going to be willing to accept him – or anyone else for that matter.
