Ranieri sure of Mahrez stay

Claudio Ranieiri is almost certain that Riyad Mahrez will remain at Leicester City next season, according to the Mail Online.

The twenty-five year old midfielder has been one of a number of stand out performers for the title-winning Foxes this season, landing the PFA Player of the Year award last month.

He has racked up thirty-seven appearances in all competitions, scoring eighteen goals and making eleven assists with his form attracting interest from likes of La Liga giants Barcelona.

Ranieiri has insisted that he has no plans to lose any members of his squad in the close season with N’Golo Kante, Kasper Schmeichel and Jamie Vardy also linked with moves away.

The East Midlands side will be presented with the Premier League trophy after their home game against Everton this weekend, and they can be backed at a price of 17/20 to mark the occasion with a victory.
