(GSM) – Roma manager Claudio Ranieri insists he will be happy to pick Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti from the airport should the latter be installed as his successor.

Ancelotti once again spoke about his desire to manage Roma one day, having made his name as a player at the club.

Ahead of tomorrow night’s clash with Fiorentina, Ranieri spoke about Ancelotti: “I will go pick him up at the airport.

“I would be the first person to be happy.”

When asked about his contract, which is set to expire in June 2011, Ranieri replied: “I don’t like talking about these things.

“My mind is 100 per cent on tomorrow’s game and it will always be that way.

“Rumors and contract have never dented my professionalism nor my desire.”
