Ranocchia happy with Inter link

Genoa defender Andrea Ranocchia admits that he is flattered by the interest from Italian giants Inter Milan.

The 22-year-old is currently on loan at Bari and admits his future is in the hands of Genoa.

He told Tuttomercatoweb: “I’m pleased with this link because Inter are Italian champions and are still in contention for the Champions League: who wouldn’t be happy?

“But I don’t know anything about it yet. No-one has called me and now I’m just focused on recovering from my injury.

“What will be we’ll have to see. I’m a Bari player until June and we’ll see what the presidents decide. But the important thing now is for me to get back up and running.”
