Inter Milan defender Andrea Ranocchia has been the subject of interest from Serie A rivals Juventus, Il Corriere dello Sport has learned.
The Bianconeri plan to add another stopper to their ranks in the January transfer window and they appear to have made the Italy international their number one target.
Juventus boss Andrea Conte worked with the player at Bari and has remained a big fan of the 25-year-old footballer.
And even with Ranocchia a first team regular at Inter Milan, it is believed the Nerazzurri are prepared to listen to offers for the highly rated defender.
Andrea Ranocchia joined Inter in a big money move from Genoa back in January 2011 and has since featured in 75 Serie A fixtures, scoring 5 goals in the process.
Inter Milan play host to local rivals AC Milan in Derby della Madonnina tomorrow evening, with the Nerazzurri 13/8 to end a four-match winless run in the league.
