According to a recent report from Sport, Raphinha is ready to push for his Leeds exit in favour of a move to Barcelona this summer.
The 25-year-old has been with the Yorkshire club since their promotion back to the Premier League in 2020, serving as one of their bright lights in their two-year return to the top flight of English football.
They’ll be back for a third campaign under Jesse Marsch from August onwards but unfortunately, there’s no guarantee that their biggest and best names are going to be coming with them.
Raphinha is one such example of that with his ambition, quite clearly, being to aim even higher than the Premier League.
Barcelona are in the midst of a real rebuilding project under the guidance of Xavi and with Raphinha’s abilities on and off the ball, there’s every chance he could become an integral member of the first team squad at the Nou Camp.
