Raphinha wants to leave Leeds United and join Barcelona in the summer transfer window, according to Fabrizio Romano. The well-known and well-respected journalist has claimed that the Brazil international winger’s agent and Barcelona have been in contact since March 9.
Romano has added that Barcelona and Leeds have yet to open talks over a potential transfer of the 25-year-old. Chelsea were leading the race for the former Rennes star, but due to sanctions and reportedly imminent sale of the club, they are not in the running at the moment.

Raphinha has made 26 starts and one substitute appearance in the Premier League for Leeds so far this season, scoring nine goals and providing three assists in the process. During the 2020-21 campaign, the winger made 26 starts and four substitute appearances in the league, scoring six goals and providing nine assists in the process.
