Manchester United have signed Daniel James from Swansea and Aaron Wan-Bissaka from Crystal Palace. Whilst it is expected from Devils to sign a few more players before the new season starts, they are about to offer some new contracts to their current players. Juan Mata has renewed his contract that was about to expire this summer and now Marcus Rashford is close to getting a pay rise.
And it is a shocking one, as media in England claim Manchester United will be offering the 21-year-old a five-year contract worth £250,000 per week! That is a big pay rise for the youngster, as he has scored just 22 goals in the last three Premier League campaigns. If he signs the new contract per reported figure, Rashford will be earning £13m per year or £65m for the entirety of his contract.
Also, The Telegraph report Man United will have an option of another year-long extension.
