London Evening Standard is reporting that Queens Park Rangers are exploring the possibility of bringing Ravel Morrison back to Loftus Road.
The highly rated midfielder joined Lazio on a free transfer from West Ham earlier this summer, but he has struggled at the beginning of his career in Italy.
Morrison could only make one substitute appearance in the league and it looks as though QPR are ready to offer him an escape route from Stadio Olimpico.
It was at Loftus Road that the 22-year-old enjoyed his most successful spell up to date, bagging 6 goals in 17 Championship outings.
He has since struggled for playing time at West Ham and Cardiff City, and many were surprised to see Morrison join Lazio in the summer transfer window.
But, with his switch to Italy having not worked out as planned, the attacking midfielder could be returning to England in the January window.
