PSV Eindhoven’s 19-year-old midfielder Mohamed Rayhi has signed a two-year contract with the club.
Rayhi has come through the youth system at the Philips Stadion, having first joined the club in 2003.
The Dutchman has now set his sights on a “dream” debut and securing a first-team berth in Philip Cocu’s side.
“I’ve always dreamed of playing for PSV,” he said.
“It’s a boy’s dream come true. I was born in Eindhoven and I’m very proud to have signed a contract.
“I have enjoyed every single minute of the pre-season campaign and hope to make my full PSV debut this season. I will keep on working hard to achieve my aim.”
Rayhi caught the eye recently when he scored a hat-trick in PSV’s first pre-season friendly, an 11-0 win over amateur club svDOSKO.
He also played in the friendly against FC Eindhoven and Mark van Bommel’s farewell match on Friday.
