One of Italy’s brightest gems Gianluigi Donnarumma has emerged as Europe’s biggest goalkeeping prospects in a short time he spent with AC Milan’s first team.
Having already broken several records, the young Italian shot stopper is tipped for a bright future as the media and pundits alike compare the Rossoneri pearl with the legendary Juventus goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon.
Regarded as the natural successor to his senior namesake, Donnarumma has been linked with a move to Juventus in recent weeks in months and his agent Mino Raiola believes that plenty of clubs will be eyeing a move for Donnarumma at the end of the season.
AC Milan are yet to determine the asking price on their player and to set the value for the youngster as Raiola refuses to rule out a possible move out of the Milano-based club.
“Nothing has happened yet. Ask Juventus if they want Donnarumma.”, Raiola was quoted telling the Italian media.
Donnarumma has this season made 21 Serie A appearances for his club, allowing 26 goals during that time.
