Bundesliga hot-shots RB Leipzig have identified the replacement for Davie Selke who has joined Hertha Berlin.
German media outlet Kicker has learned that Red Bulls are on the verge of signing a deal with the Paris Saint-Germain talent Jean-Kevin Augustin. The French youth international who is regarded as one of the most exciting talents in European football is believed to have agreed a five-year deal until 2022.
The summer transfer to RB Leipzig are expected to fork out €13 million for the young star.
Augustin is expected to add depth to the RB Leipzig squad and increase competition for places ahead of a big season for the German side which will participate in the Champions League next season.
RB Leipzig are facing huge pressure from Europe’s biggest clubs and could end up losing one of their biggest stars Naby Keita to Liverpool, and Jean-Kevin Augustin is expected to be the next big thing at Leipzig at German football in general.
Augustin first broke onto the scene in 2016 during the European Championship alarming the likes of Hertha Berlin and Borussia Dortmund.
