Bundesliga hot-shots RB Leipzig are looking to add fresh blood to their ranks during the January transfer window in order to boost their chances of upsetting the German championship.
Fresh from their promotion from the Bundesliga 2, Die Bullen have become one of the biggest surprises in the top tier of German football, topping the table after 12 rounds.
Looking to boost their chances of listing the title, RB Leipzig are searching for reinforcements and according to reports from the Russian media, the German outlet have set their sights on Sion goalkeeper Anton Mitryushkin.
RB Leipzig have approached the Swiss-based club, looking to beat Russian giants Zenit to the signing of the talented 20-year-old shot stopper.
Former Spartak Moscow goalkeeper Mitryushkin signed for Sion in February and is under contract until 2019.
Mitryushkin has conceded 28 goals in 16 Swiss Super League appearances this season as his team sits third in the table behind Young Boys and FC Basel.
