RB Leipzig remain determined to sign Benfica starlet Umaro Embalo, according to Portuguese daily newspaper Record.
The two clubs had reached an agreement over the January transfer, but the deal eventually fell through due to agent fees.
However, latest reports suggest that the two clubs have resumed talks as RB Leipzig plan to recruit the talented forward in the summer transfer window.
The original agreement included a €15 million transfer fee and another €5 million in add ons, with the German clubs deciding to end talks after Embalo’s agents revealed their high demands.
The 16-year-old remains regarded as one of Europe’s hottest prospects, and he has already showed a great deal of potential playing for Benfica U19 and Portugal U17 sides.
