Bundesliga high-flyers RB Leipzig have completed the deal to sign Danish midfielder Mads Bidstrup from FC Copenhagen.
The transfer was announced on the club’s official Twitter account, revealing that the youngster will be initially added to the youth squad.
The central midfielder has yet to be handed his senior debut, while he made three appearances for the Denmark Under-17 side.
RB Leipzig have seriously improved the quality of their youth squads in recent years and they continue to recruit talented footballers from all over the world.
Meanwhile, a number of their first team regulars are being linked with big club moves, including Emil Forsberg, Dayot Upamecano, Lukas Klostermann and Timo Wener, whereas Naby Keita will be joining Liverpool at the end of the season.
