Real Madrid midfielder Fernando Gago, who only returned to training last week after being sidelined through injury for more than a month, will be out of action again after suffering a knee sprain.
The Argentine will be sidelined for about four weeks with a “a Grade II sprain on the ligament of his left knee” the club said in a statement Friday.
Gago injured the same knee during a friendly against Uruguayan team Penarol on August 24, and did not return to training until September 27.
