La Liga outfit Real Betis have joined the race to sign Brazilian winger Lucas Moura from Paris Saint-Germain, according to Le Parisien.
The Saints coach Unai Emery has confirmed that the 25-year-old will be allowed to leave Parc des Princes, but the club have until recently only received loan offers for his services.
That appears to have changed now as Real Betis have submitted a bid worth €18 million that could ultimately rise to €30 million.
Even though PSG are holding out for €40 million, chances are they will seriously consider the offer from Spain as other interested sides appear to be only interested in loan deals.
Real Betis showed real ambition last summer as they recruited a number of quality footballers and they hope to further reinforce their ranks this winter.
