Real Madrid are interested in Eduardo Camavinga of Rennes, according to Marca.
Having spent over €300 million on new players during the summer, Real haven’t exactly had a great start to the season. With their domestic struggles compounded by the humiliating defeat in the Champions League opener at the hands of Paris Saint-Germain, there has even been talk of Zinedine Zidane’s head coach job on the line.
However, the club have no choice but go on with their day-to-day activities, and one of them includes keeping a constant lookout for fresh talent. At the age of just 16, Camavinga has already broken into the starting XI at Rennes, and he shone in his team’s triumph over PSG earlier this term. The combination of youth, physical frame and ability to win the ball and carry it high up the pitch has already attracted the eyes of top clubs, with the 13-time European champions the latest addition on the list.
