Real, Flaubert is not playing and he doesn’t know why

Real Madrid have often been criticised for their lack of proper communication throughout the chain of command and the latest player to experience that frustration is latest arrival, Julien Faubert.

“It’s very hard to live like this because no one at the club tells me why I am not playing, and I don’t know who to go to to enquire about it” he said in an interview with French paper, L’Equipe.

“I have to play in order to adapt. My team-mates are already understanding my game more and more. They know I like to have open spaces. I also believe that I have improved technically and physically,” he added.
