Spanish giants Real Madrid are not ready to consider selling French defender Raphael Varane, according to Marca.
The talented centre-back has grown frustrated by the lack of first team action at Santiago Bernabeu, which saw the likes of Bayern Munich, Manchester City and Chelsea all express interest in his services.
However, Real Madrid chiefs see the 21-year-old as a very important player for the future and they have informed the defender that summer exit is out of question.
Varane has a contract until June 2020 at Santiago Bernabeu and he is expected to take over from Pepe as the Portuguese stopper nears the end of his career.
With his teammate missing quite a few matches through injury, the Frenchman has amassed 22 La Liga appearances this term, while featuring in nine Champions League matches.
After the goalless draw with Atletico Madrid in the first leg of the Champions League quarter-final, los Blancos are available at 7/2 to defend the coveted trophy.
