Real Madrid are looking to sell midfielder Lassana Diarra to Tottenham, the Mirror reports.
The Spanish giants have so far rejected several offers for the French international, but it appears they have now changed their minds.
After spending £27 million on Fabio Coentrao, los Blancos are hoping to sell the holding midfielder and thus raise some money for new signings.
Tottenham have been very keen on Diarra, but they were put off by the £18 million asking price.
However, with Real now willing to do business, Spurs are ready to return to the negotiating table and try to get their man.
They could, however, face stiff competition from Manchester United, as Sir Alex Ferguson has long admired the French international.
