Real Madrid recently saw past Sevilla in a tight affair to extend their lead at the summit to four points. Los Blancos have 54 points from 21 games this season, and look on their way to sealing their first league crown in three years.

Manager Carlos Ancelotti won the Champions League and Copa Del Rey last season, and made significant chances to the playing squad in the summer to ensure his men could push for the La Liga title this time round. It’s so far paying dividends, as they enjoy a four-point lead over fierce rivals Barcelona.

Real have lost just one league game in their last 18, which has at times seen them threaten to win away with the title, but Barcelona have somewhat kept up the pace on them. Nevertheless, Real Madrid are being given odds of 3/10 by William Hill to go all the way in the league this season, with their dominance having been evident just games into the campaign.
