Spanish daily newspaper AS understands that Real Madrid are set to complete a deal for Valencia youngster Rafael Mir Vicente.
The 20-year-old has so far made just two substitute appearances in La Liga, but he largely impressed playing for the reserves in the third tier.
Rafa Mir scored 15 goals in 19 league outings this season and that proved enough to catch the eye of mighty Real Madrid.
The striker will be out of contract at the end of the current campaign and having decided not to renew at Mestalla, he should soon be joining los Blancos.
According to AS, Real Madrid are prepared to pay €500,000 for the youngster’s services, who will get a chance to prove his worth playing for Castilla.
