Real Madrid agree to sign Croatian hotshot

Croatian newspaper Sportske Novosti claims that Real Madrid have agreed to sign Hajduk Split midfielder Josip Radosevic.

Los Blancos have reportedly reached an agreement with both the player and his club, with the transfer set to go through next summer.

The Croatian newspaper claims the meeting between the two parties took place last week in Zagreb, when Jose Mourinho traveled to Croatia to watch Luka Modric in action against FYR Macedonia.

Former Real Madrid player and director Predrag Mijatovic is believed to have played a crucial part in the negotiations.

Josip Radosevic came through the youth ranks at Hajduk Split and has featured in a total of 14 league games for the Whites.

His amazing potential was recognized by national team boss Igor Stimac, who handed the player a debut in the recent 2014 World Cup qualifier against Belgium.

Radosevic thus become the youngest player to win Croatia cap in the history of the national team.
