Spanish media outlet El Confidencial is reporting that El Clasico rivals Real Madrid and Barcelona are locked in the battle for FC Porto starlet Diogo Dalot.
The 18-year-old is widely regarded as one of Europe’s hottest prospects and he was recently handed his senior debut.
A number of top European clubs have expressed interest in his services, but Real Madrid and Barcelona look set to make concrete moves.
The Catalans even had a €10 million bid rejected for the right-sided defender, but they could return with a new proposal.
Diogo Dalot has a €20 million release clause in his current contract, but the youngster is negotiating a new deal with the Dragons.
