Real Madrid are negotiating the sale of Klaas Jan Huntelaar and talks have advanced to the point where the Dutch striker needs to decide whether to accept an offer, sporting director Miguel Pardeza said on Friday.

Spanish media have reported that Real have reached an agreement with Bundesliga club VfB Stuttgart for the transfer of Huntelaar for a fee of 20 million euros ($28 million).

“(Director general Jorge) Valdano wants to involve him (Huntelaar) in the situation and him to make a decision,” Pardeza said at a news conference without identifying which club wanted to buy the Netherlands international.
