Real Madrid chasing Pavlyuchenko

Real Madrid boss Juande Ramos is considering making a move for Tottenham striker Roman Pavlyuchenko.

Pavlyuchenko has failed to impress at White Hart Lane, following his £13.8million move from Spartak Moscow.

The Russian has admitted to the Telegraph that he would be interested in a move to the Spanish giants.

He said: “If they make an offer for me, of course I will go. They’re my favourite club in all of Europe and I only follow the Spanish La Liga so I know how they have played.”

New Spurs boss Harry Redknapp has insisted that he does not want to sell Pavlyuchenko in the January transfer window, despite reports that he is willing to sell the striker in order to raise transfer funds.
