Real Madrid close in on Hazard

According to a recent report from Marca, Spanish giants Real Madrid are confident that they will complete the signing of Eden Hazard over the course of the next few days. This saga has been going on for what feels like forever now, with the Belgian striker consistently being linked with a move to the Bernabeu. The man himself has made it known that he’s more than open to the idea of leaving the Blues in favour of a switch to Real, but up to this point, both sides have been unable to get it done.

Real are said to have agreed to terms with Eden, with the final fee believed to be around £85 million. That certainly seems like a realistic figure given how highly thought of Hazard is in the realms of European football, but it remains to be seen whether or not they can actually get the deal done this time around.
