Catalan media outlet Sport has learned that Real Madrid are on the verge of agreeing a deal for Valencia midfielder Fernando Garcia.
It is no secret los Blancos are keen on los Che hotshot Jose Gaya, but while they need to work hard if they want to lure the full-back to Santiago Bernabeu, another Valencia player is much closer to joining.
Namely, Real are hot on the trail of talented midfielder Nando Garcia, whose contract at Mestalla is due to expire at the end of the season, and it appears the 20-year-old will snub a new deal from his current employers in favour of moving to Madrid.
Los Blancos have recruited quite a few talented footballers of late, signing Martin Odegaard, Mink Peeters and Marcos Asencio, and they are now closing in on another exciting prospect.
Nando Garcia, who usually operates on the right side of midfield, has made 23 appearances for Valencia B in Spain’s third tier, scoring 1 goal.
