Real Madrid director of sport Miguel Pardeza has confirmed that the club are interested in signing Udinese ace Gaetano D’Agostino.
The Udinese star was set to join Juventus this summer but the two club failed to agree a transfer fee.
Reports says Udinese have raised their asking price to £21million, after hearing of Real Madrid’s interest.
“I cannot deny he has the right characteristics for our team’s needs,†confessed Real Madrid director of sport Miguel Pardeza in Marca.
“D’Agostino is a concrete option and one that directors Pellegrini and Valdano are following with interest.â€Â
Udinese director of sport Sergio Gasparin: “The only official line on this story right now is to say no comment.â€Â
