Real Madrid go after Haaland

According to a recent report from Marca, Real Madrid are stepping up their pursuit of a new forward during the summer transfer window. In the midst of the current chaos created by the coronavirus outbreak across world football, and especially in La Liga, Zinedine Zidane has a wish-list of potential strikers that he’d like to see make their way over to the Santiago Bernabeu.

Lautaro Martinez and Timo Werner are both believed to be in the mix, but their number one target right now is none other than Norwegian sensation Erling Haaland. The youngster has been on top form for Borussia Dortmund ever since making his way over from RB Salzburg in January, with many tipping him to become one of the best goalscorers in the game.

Kylian Mbappe is said to be a dream signing for them but the move isn’t viewed as a feasible one right now, opening the door for a potential move for Haaland.
