Swedish daily newspaper Expressen is reporting that Real Madrid have had a bid rejected for AIK striker Alexander Isak.
The 17-year-old is widely regarded as the hottest prospect in the country since the appearance of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and it is clear that his current employers will not be able to hold on to him for much longer.
There have been a plethora of scouts sent by top European clubs to watch Isak in action this season, and the latest reports suggest that Real Madrid have already made their interest concrete.
Namely, los Blancos submitted a €7 million proposal for the Sweden Under-21 starlet, but their offer was rejected as AIK are clearly holding out for more money.
Isak has largely impressed in his maiden senior season, bagging 10 goals in 24 league outings.
His suitors Real Madrid face Borussia Dortmund tomorrow in their final group game and they have been made 17/20 favourites to claim maximum points.
