Champions League holders Real Madrid have emerged as favourites to sign Brazilian goalkeeper Alisson from AS Roma, according to AS.
It is no secret that los Blancos plan to replace Keylor Navas with a new shot-stopper, and they’ve got several high-profile footballers on their radar.
But, given that their top targets David De Gea and Thibaut Courtois are unlikely to move clubs in the summer, Real Madrid have switched their attention towards Alisson.
The AS Roma goalkeeper has impressed in his first season as a first team regular and he is now on the verge of a lucrative move to Santiago Bernabeu.
According to AS, the deal could be worth around €60 million, allowing the Giallorossi to make a healthy profit on the 25-year-old footballer.
