According to a recent report from AS, Real Madrid are preparing a move to try and sign Wolves forward Rafa Mir.
Mir may not have been given the chance to shine at Molineux ever since joining the club, but in his current loan spell with Huesca, he’s proven himself to be quite the goalscorer. Real have taken notice of that and they’re planning on putting forward a bid – whether it be in the January transfer window or next summer.
Nuno Espirito Santo has a handful of attacking options at Wolves right now, but many are wondering whether or not Mir has done enough to prove that he can also get a second chance. Based on this report it seems more likely that he’s going to be making his way over to the Bernabeu, but in the current climate, you never can be sure until a deal is signed, sealed and delivered.
