Spanish daily newspaper AS understands that Real Madrid are hot on the trail of FC Porto attacker Juan Manuel Iturbe.
The Argentine forward has caught the eye of quite a few of Europe’s top clubs and he is almost certain to leave the Dragons for greener pastures at the end of the current campaign.
Hellas Verona have the option to turn his loan deal into permanent move, but even if they do so, it is highly unlikely Iturbe will remain at Bentegodi.
AS has suggested that Real Madrid are the latest club to have shown interest in his services, with Carlo Ancelotti having been impressed by the player’s performances in Serie A.
Juan Manuel Iturbe has managed 6 goals and 4 assists in 31 league outings this season, helping the Gialloblu climb to the brink of European positions.
His suitors Real Madrid face Bayern Munich in the second leg of the Champions League semi-final tie, and they are 3/5 to qualify for the final.
