Sky Sports understand that Real Madrid are interested in signing Manchester City midfielder Brahim Diaz.
The teenager, who is out of contract in the summer scored his first goals for the Citizens earlier this month as they beat Fulham 2-0 in the fourth round of the EFL Cup.
That was only his second appearance of the campaign, with his first coming in the same competition as Pep Guardiola’s side knocked out Oxford United.
He made five appearances in the Premier League last season – entitling him to a winner’s medal though he could be tempted by a move to his home country as he considers his options.
Internationally, Diaz has represented Spain at youth levels – racking up ten appearances for both their U17s and U19s.
The Premier League leaders return to action this weekend with a trip to face West Ham United, and the away win can be backed at a price of 2/9.
