Chelsea superstar Eden Hazard has been linked with a move to Real Madrid for quite some time but the latest rumours suggest Los Blancos are readying a move for the Belgian.

Spanish news outlet Onda Cero claims the reigning European champions are preparing a plan that would see Eden Hazard move to Santiago Bernabeu this January while Los Blancos would send both Mateo Kovacic and Isco to London.

The Croatia international midfielder Mateo Kovacic is currently on loan at Stamford Bridge and Real Madrid are supposedly ready to let him remain at Chelsea on a permanent deal, whereas the out-of-favour Isco could also join him.

The Spanish international fell out of favour with Santiago Solari and lost his status of a first-team regular this season. He’s been used periodically and could relish a chance to kick start his career with a move to London.
