Spanish giants Real Madrid are considering a move for former player Alvaro Morata, according to Tuttosport.
With Karim Benzema not exactly in championship form and Rafael Benitez lacking quality options in attack, los Blancos are warming up to the idea of luring the Spain international back to Santiago Bernabeu.
Real Madrid chairman Florentino Perez reportedly wants Morata back to the club and he could instruct the club officials to make a move next summer.
Due to the buy-back clause inserted in his Juventus contract, the forward can be purchased for €30 million next summer or €35 million in the summer of 2017.
This is the reason why the Bianconeri chiefs are desperate to remove the clause before Real decide to make their interest concrete, but it remains to be seen whether los Blancos would agree to such an arrangement.
The only positive for Juventus is the fact that Morata is perfectly happy in Turin and does not plan to return to Spain any time soon.
