In the past few weeks Spanish super club Real Madrid have been heavily linked with a sensational move for former Barcelona superstar Neymar, but this week the rumours have escalated to involve an insane swap deal between Los Blancos and the Brazilian’s current club PSG, according to the Guardian.
Reports suggest that Real Madrid are ready to see just how far the Parisian giants will go to keep their shiny new toy in the French capital by offering Gareth Bale, Toni Kroos and a couple of million sprinkled on top, all for the one and only Neymar. It is unlikely that PSG will accept the enticing offer, especially given how recently the Brazilian made the switch to Paris, but it is an intriguing development.
Neymar has been in stunning form in his debut Ligue 1 season, scoring seven times and adding five assists in just eight appearances so far. The winger has been tipped by many to dominate the dizzying heights of the Ballon d’Or rankings when Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo retire, so if Real Madrid were to secure his services it would go down as one of the biggest transfers in footballing history.
