Real Madrid to bid for Bundesliga goal machine

Real Madrid are hot on the trail of Borussia Dortmund striker Lucas Barrios, according to reports from Spain.

Jose Mourinho is desperate to bring attacking reinforcements in January and the Portuguese coach has set his mind on Borussia Dortmund forward Lucas Barrios.

The Paraguayan striker has scored eight Bundesliga goals this season and is one of the reasons behind team’s impressive league campaign.

Mourinho believes Barrios has what it takes to succeed at Santiago Bernabeu and Real should have no problems matching the asking price which is thought to be somewhere between 15 and 20 million euros.

The only problem is that Manchester City, Liverpool and Milan are also keen on the striker and they have already inquired about the player’s availability.
