According to a recent report from Marca, Real Madrid are going after the signing of Rennes star Eduardo Camavinga – but they’ll have to make a few sacrifices in order to get the job done.
They’ll need to free up some funds if they want to put forward a bid that is going to interest the French club, with James Rodriguez and Gareth Bale being two of the names mentioned. Zinedine Zidane has been planning a huge squad overhaul for quite some time now, and if the summer transfer window is allowed to open, then the next few months could be the time for him to do it.
Camavinga has been drawing the attention of many top clubs around European football, but as is so often the case, Real appear to be at the front of the queue in the race to get a deal done. Now, it’s just a case of finding the money.
