Spanish daily newspaper Marca is reporting that Real Madrid are determined to secure the first option on Monaco wonderkid Kylian Mbappe.
Los Blancos have been impressed with the 18-year-old forward and they are ready to pay top dollar for his services.
Real Madrid feel it would be better to wait for another year before bringing him to Santiago Bernabeu, but with so many top clubs keen on his services, the Spanish side want to secure the first option on the player as quickly as possible.
Los Blancos have already held several meetings with Monaco where Kylian Mbappe’s name was at the centre of attention, and the good news is that the forward appears keen on moving to Madrid.
But, he also believes another season at Stade Louis II would serve him well, so chances are that Mbappe will be joining Real Madrid at the end of 2017/2018 season.
