According to AS, European champions Real Madrid are interested in signing Pedro from Fluminense in January. The 21-year-old Brazilian has scored 12 goals in just 23 appearances this season, and continues to turn heads in Europe. Both Bordeaux and Lyon wanted to bring him over to Ligue 1 during the summer, but now that Real are involved, it would seem as if they’re almost certainly the most likely suitors for Pedro if he does decide to leave in the winter.
Madrid have made no secret of their desire to bring in a new forward, especially after the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo to Juventus. Kylian Mbappe and Neymar are two names who have both been heavily linked with a move to the Bernabeu, and while it seems likely that at least one of them will join the club sooner rather than later, the introduction of Pedro would serve as a very interesting turn of events.
