Real Madrid are interested in signing Leny Yoro from Lille in the summer transfer window, according to SportsLens. The report has claimed that Lille value Yoro at over £50 million, and that Spanish and European giants Madrid are one of the clubs who are very interested in him.
Yoro has been on the books of Lille since 2017 and has come through the French club’s youth system. The 18-year-old has now established himself as one of the regulars in the first team and is widely considered one of the better centre-backs in France.
The defender has made 20 starts and one substitute appearance in Ligue 1 for Lille so far this season. He has scored two goals in those games. Lille are fourth in the Ligue 1 table at the moment with 38 points from 22 matches. Meanwhile, Real Madrid currently find themselves at the top of the Ligue 1 table with 62 points from 25 games, six points above second-placed Girona.
