Real Madrid are interested in signing Son Heung-min from Tottenham Hotspur in the January transfer window, according to Fichajes. The report has claimed that although Tottenham are trying to convince Son to put pen to paper on a new deal, a potential move to the Santiago Bernabeu could prove to be very tempting for the forward.
Son has been on the books of Tottenham, who lost to Bournemouth in the Premier League on Thursday evening, since the summer of 2015 when he joined from Bayer Leverkusen. The 32-year-old South Korea international has been superb for the North London club over the years and is considered by many Spurs fans as a modern-day legend.
The forward has scored 123 goals and provided 66 assists in 314 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career. Son has scored three goals and provided four assists in 10 starts and one substitute appearance in the Premier League and has found the back of the net once in three UEFA Europa League games for Tottenham so far this season.
