Real Madrid are preparing what they believe would be a very tempting offer to Manchester United for the services of Paul Pogba, according to Spanish outlet El Desmarque.
The Spanish giants have been linked with Pogba for a long time, especially after he expressed his view the playing for them would be a ‘dream come true’ for any player prior to the summer transfer window this year. However, United were extremely unwilling to part ways with the Frenchman ahead of this season, and they are still reluctant to consider any offers.
But Real president Florentino Perez is now ready to offer two players, which would be attacking midfielder James Rodriguez and forward Mariano Diaz, plus €85 million, for Pogba, and he is convinced that the Premier League club will consider it. Real head coach Zinedine Zidane is extremely keen on having his compatriot and fellow World Cup-winner in his squad as he seeks a long-term replacement for the 34-year-old Luka Modric.
