Real, PSG vying for Griezmann; Juve, Inter keen on Lavezzi

hot-transfer-newsReal, PSG vying for Griezmann

Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain are locked in the battle for Atletico Madrid star Antoine Griezmann, according to El Chiringuito.

The France hotshot has enjoyed a stunning start to his career at Vicente Calderon, and he is already being linked with a big club move.

Real Madrid chairman Florentino Perez has requested a scouting report on the forward with a view of launching an assault on the Frenchman at the earliest opportunity.

French giants Paris Saint-Germain are also showing interest in the 24-year-old footballer, who should be one of France’s key players at the Euro 2016.

After bagging 22 La Liga goals in his first season at the club, Griezmann has already netted three times in the new league campaign.

Meanwhile, he scored two goals in as many Champions League appearances, while getting on the scoresheet for Les Bleus in the 4-0 triumph over Armenia.

Juve, Inter keen on Lavezzi

Italian giants Juventus and Inter are weighing up summer moves for Paris Saint-Germain forward Ezequiel Lavezzi, Tuttosport can reveal.

The Argentina international will be out of contract at the end of the season and he recently made it clear he would not be extending his stay at Parc des Princes.

A return to Italian Serie A appears on the cards, with long-term admirers Inter Milan reportedly leading the chase for the forward’s signature.

However, considering that Lavezzi will be available on a free transfer, Juventus are widely expected to join the race, as they have become experts in recruiting high-profile footballers free of charge.

Paul Pogba, Fernando Llorente, Carlos Tevez and Sami Khedira were some of the stars that arrived in Turin on a free transfer and Lavezzi could be next in the line.

The interesting thing is that Inter Milan and Juventus will square off this weekend at Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, with the Nerazzurri having been made 13/8 favourites to claim maximum points.

Sporting not giving up on Carrillo

Portuguese giants Sporting Lisbon have not given up hope of keeping hold of star player Andre Carrillo, according to A Bola.

The Lions decided to suspend the winger after he rejected a new contract offer, but they, nonetheless, plan to schedule a new round of talks with the player’s representatives.

Sporting chiefs were very disappointed with Carrillo as he had agreed to a new deal only for the 24-year-old to break his word.

The Peruvian also rejected a summer move to Leicester City as he clearly hopes to leave the club on a free transfer at the end of the season and secure a lucrative contract abroad.

Besides the Premier League side, Sevilla and Valencia are believed to be keen on the winger’s services, and his suitors definitely hope the Peru hotshot will not be able to find an agreement with Sporting.

Andre Carrillo has seen his stock rise a great deal since joining the Lions from Alianza Lima four years ago, but it would appear as though his spell at Estadio Jose Alvalade is drawing to a close.
